I have been really missing eating donuts so thought I would try making Gluten Free Donuts with Dairy Free Frosting.

Ingredients

1box King Arthur Gluten Free Donut Mix
1/4cupbutter or dairy free alternativecoconut oil or earth balance
2Toil - I used safflower oil
2large eggsorganic
1cupmilkI used 1/2 cup soy milk & 1/2 cup vanilla flavored nutpod
Frosting
1/2jar CHOCMEISTER Dark Chocolately hazelnut spread
2Tablespoonshard coconut that is on top of a can of coconut milk
1/4cupmelted Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Donuts
Mix the ingredients listed above for the donut which includes the box of donut mix and other ingredieints.
It is recommended to put the batter in a ziploc baggie or pasty bag and pipe the batter into donut baking pan. I was able to use spoon but it took longer.
Bake as directed on donut box, remove and cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
Mix with hand mixer 2 Tablespoons of the hard coconut on the top of the can of coconut milk and 1/2 jar of the CHOCMEISTER Dark Chocolately hazelnut spread.
Spread over cooled donuts.
Then heat/melt 1/4 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips and drizzle that over the frosting.
