I thought I would share a recipe for Breakfast Dessert Power Balls that my DIL makes!  They indeed are all you need for Breakfast Dessert or Snacks!   Clean and Healthy and they don't last long when they are made.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oats can be quick oats
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut
  • ½ cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips - Enjoy Life is what I use they are dairy free.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Shape into balls.
  • Let set on waxed paper to firm up. Store in covered container on the shelf. Lasts 4 days without refrigeration.
  • Makes about 15 balls.
