I thought I would share a recipe for Breakfast Dessert Power Balls that my DIL makes! They indeed are all you need for Breakfast Dessert or Snacks! Clean and Healthy and they don't last long when they are made.

Ingredients
1cuppeanut butter
1/3cuphoney
1tspvanilla
1cupoatscan be quick oats
2/3cuptoasted coconut
½cupground flax
1/3cupchocolate chips - Enjoy Life is what I usethey are dairy free.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Shape into balls.
Let set on waxed paper to firm up. Store in covered container on the shelf. Lasts 4 days without refrigeration.
