I found this recipe from Ambitious Kitchen for Banana Chocolate Chip Bread. It uses only besan flour as the grain!

Ingredients
3medium ripe bananasmashed
3tablespoonshoney
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
2large eggs
2tablespoonscoconut oilmelted and cooled
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
1 1/2cupsbesan flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2cupchocolate chips - dairy freeI used Enjoy Life
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 8x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine bananas, honey, vanilla extract, eggs, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and chocolate chips; mix until well combined and creamy.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
Cover with foil and Bake for 45 - 50 minutes - Remove foil last 10 minutes to help brown if needed.
Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert, remove bread from pan and place back on wire rack to cool completely. Cut into 12 slices.
