Ingredients
4ouncesalmonds
4ouncescashews
2ouncespumpkin seeds
2ouncespine nuts
3tablespoonspacked brown sugar
2tablespoonsmaple sugar
Up to 1 tablespoon warm water
Instructions
Combine the sugars and water together in a small bowl.
You’ll want a smooth but still thick consistency.
Add the nuts and seeds and stir to fully coat everything.
Spread the mixture out onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Bake 400 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or just until the nuts and seeds are covered in a tiny layer of bubbling sugar.
Allow to fully cool before enjoying. Store well for a couple weeks in an air tight container.
