My daughter in law gave me this recipe for No Bake Chocolate-Oat Bars and said it was my son's new favorite dessert bar.

Ingredients
1cuporganic smooth peanut butter
1/2cuphoney
1/2cupunrefined organic coconut oil
2cupsrolled whole organic Gluten Free OatsI used Bob's Red Mill
1cupshredded unsweetened coconutI used Bob's Red Mill
1/2cupchopped pecans
1 1/4cupsdairy free chocolate chipsI use Enjoy Life
1teaspoonorganic vanilla extract
Instructions
Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a medium-size saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring frequently. When it has blended and melted together, remove the pan from heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are mixed well.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, at least 3-4 hours. Slice into 1"-2" square pieces. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
