Ingredients
1lbof your favorite gluten free pasta
1lbcodhalibut, salmon or other fish cut into 1 inch pieces
1 ½Tbspolive oil
3clovesgarlicminced
3tsppaprika
1Tbspfresh parsley
Black pepper to taste
For the sauce
½cupmayonnaise
½cupThai sweet chili sauce
2clovesgarlicminced
2Tbspfresh lime juice
¼tspcrushed red pepper flakes
½Tbsponion powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients together, then set aside.
Cook gluten free pasta, drain
Place the uncooked fish in a medium bowl, add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, and pepper. Stir until the fish is covered.
In a large skillet on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked fish. Stir constantly while cooking until cooked through- about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl combine all together and toss well and serve with extra parsley garnish.
